A leading national consumer lender that provides financing options to consumers who may have been rejected by traditional financial lenders chose Atrio and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve the overall lead to loan process. Beginning with managing and responding to a high volume of incoming leads, to managing customers through the loan process, this client required multiple integrations and dynamics mail merge capabilities. This client also needed a partner portal to allow third parties to create and track the status and commission of leads without direct CRM access. Additional integration points were: Authorized.net, Bankruptcy Watch, DocuSign, eCheck, Experian, Kelly Blue Book and Black Book. These integrations have made it possible to minimize user interaction, providing service teams with more time to focus on the customer and better qualify loans for the company and stakeholders.
